If you have received a consent form and this has not yet been returned to school, please do so prior to this date. It is important all consent forms are returned, whether you wish your young person to receive the vaccines or not.
These vaccinations are to help protect against Meningitis ACWY, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio and, if required, Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR).

From sport and music to creative arts, writing and gardening, Slemish Plus offers students the opportunity to explore new interests, develop their skills and get involved in school life beyond the classroom.
